- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and PAN number provided during registration or filing.
- Financial Information: Income details, tax documents (Form 16, broker statements), and IT portal credentials provided for the purpose of filing your ITR.
- Payment Information: Transaction IDs and payment status processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, device type, and browser information collected via standard server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- File your Income Tax Return on your behalf
- Communicate with you about your filing status
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Improve our platform and services
- Comply with legal obligations under Indian tax law
3. IT Portal Credentials
Your Income Tax portal credentials (PAN and password) are stored securely in our database with access controls. They are accessible only to your assigned CA for the purpose of filing your ITR. We do not use your credentials for any other purpose, and we recommend changing your IT portal password after your return is filed.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial information with any third party except:
- Razorpay: For payment processing
- Income Tax Department: As required for filing your ITR
- Legal Authorities: When required by law or court order
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, Firebase security rules, and role-based access controls to protect your data. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase), which maintains ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by Indian tax laws (typically 7 years). You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)
- Withdraw consent for data processing
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
